- Audaproc - what's playing in Audacious pmarschall 13/10/200r76 -
Audaproc, a LCDproc client written by Jacek Trubłajewicz, works with the Audacious media player and displays various informations about currently played media. Find out more about it at its home page http://www.iowa.user.icpnet.pl/jacek/audaproc/.
- hddtemp-lcd - show HDD temperature pmarschall 14/4/2006 -
Jannis Achstetter has written a LCDproc client which fetches the temperatures of the HDDs from the hddtemp daemon, which has to be running, and displays them on the LCD. You can download it from http://kripton.kripserver.net/homepage/index.php?section=lcdproc.
- amulestats - aMule statistics pmarschall 14/4/06 -
Another client by Jannis Achstetter. This one is a TCL-script that fetches the download information of aMule from an amuleweb server and shows them on the LCD. It creates one screen per download and displays the name of the file, the size, the sources, the speed and the progress. All you need is a running amuleweb server, than may be running locally or on a remote machine without gzip-compression, and a working TCL-interpreter. Bernhard Walle has written a client for LCDproc that does various cool stuff. I allows displaying e-mail via POP3, news items via RSS and shows weather information (from weather.com). In addition to that it controls a mpd music daemon. Have a look at its site http://lcd-stuff.berlios.de.
- lcdvc - Virtual console display Client pmarschall 2006-04-28 -
Joris Robijn wrote a Virtual console displayer, see http://www.robijn.net/lcdproc. With this client you can actually log in with your LCD as display. Of course large (graphical) LCDs are prefered for this.

In the current CVS this client is (moderately polished) now part of LCDproc.

Matthias has written a Java client that extends Jakarta log4j so that log messages are displayed on the LCD. Grab it at http://www.rtner.de/software/LCDAppender.html.

- Zinf [Is Not FreeA*p!] renamed dglaude 10/15/02 -
Zinf, a free MP3 player for Linux and Windows supports a driver that display information on an LCDproc screen and support a few key from the keypad to control it. Have a look at the renamed project home page: http://www.zinf.org/

Jerome Kerdreux sent word of his new client for LCDproc, MP3SB (Link dead!). It is a client for the MP3Box server project, supporting track control and selection.

Dale Osowski asked me to host his lcdwho client on this site. So here it is. It displays a list of who's connected to the local system, and from where.

Lars Wessels has written an LCDproc client that displays data from the ISDN4Linux device drivers. Another ISDN-related client is under development. You can get it from http://www.bytebox.org/imonlcd/.
