To join, send a message with 'subscribe' as the subject to:
lcdproc-request@lists.omnipotent.net

To unsubscribe, send a message with 'unsubscribe' as the subject to:
lcdproc-request@lists.omnipotent.net

You'll get a reply almost immediately if you send mail to either of those addresses.
You need to reply back to acknowledge that you definitely do want to subscribe/unsubscribe.
